Default Identify this part?

On the CLERMONT MOTOR SPORTS site they had 3 listings for front arms so I got all 3. Two match what I already had and were replaced. But, I was left with this one. Where does it go?

Also Question?

I ordered a set of dog bones for the FWD but they are too short any one know what size to order?
