if the shaft doesnt wobble that much you should be ok until the new on comes. Those are trim knobs, they are for setting the throttle and steering when no input is being used on the tranmitter, it moves the servo's slightly

Sometimes when you wanted your buggy to crash again so you could replace it with a new driveshaft .. i don't think it will ever happen again. i've been waiting for for it to happen and it just won't. :-)

Oh ahh.. there's no such thing as a dumb question here. everyone started from being a newbie, all newbies deserve to be heard. Just dont ask how to put a put an aircraft wings on your buggy to make it fly. now that would be funny.

Just put the shafts in a vice and bend or hammer them straight... And order a new one because they will soon snap.

sorry mike, i forgot to mention the vise as stacy said.
mine are stainless steel drive shafts, so maybe that gives a reason until now it didn't snap in prolong use.

Just keep in mind, that if a rotating part is to much out of balance, it can cause premature wear or failure of any associated and linked parts including diffs etc. If the shaft is straightened well enough, it is possible for it to last a life time without suffering any of the consequenses . But please make sure it is pretty straight or else the buggy will just vibrate itself to bits.
Just keep driving to bend and break things, cos the sky is the limit with these little 'rockets'. Don't be scared, they love the punishment.

ha
Yea i straighten my shafts out until they are pretty much perfectly straight. So they will last a long time. But yea the vise is important in straightening.

i used a custom tool to give me a good work.
I was looking for that rotating shaft i have fabricated to hold the drive shaft from tip to tip i just wonder where the last time i put it, anyway just hammer it to a flat surface until you straightened it. i wish we were neighbors so we could do it together. i wouldn't have difficulty to explain hehe. cheers. i'm working on bashing video right now something i could share for fun. hope you could share yours too. catch u later fellas

Check this website. this guy is selling an Kyosho MP777 with his Himoto Buggy. Obviously it's not a 777 buggy coz i own both. I think this one is trying to victimize someone.

Google search for any 7.5/777 manual in adobe acrobat format on the internet. it will be much easier to read or understand than the himoto manual. for your future problems i suggest you get it or if you want give me your email and i'll send it to you.
is there any website where you can upload more than 150 mb of file to share for everyone? youtube only accepts 100mb max

yes just take the pin out and here's the link for the manual.

the front suspension assembly is most likely the different part. get the 7.5 manual it will or if not atleast give you an idea how to dismantle /assemble your car. if you start messing with the servo plate, becareful with the servo wires, don't let them get near the center diff gear. GL have fun!
Ace where are you? having fun with your buggy how about some video to share with us. i'm currently working on mine. keep intouch!

Hi all,
I have just been out thrashing and took some photos of my HSP Bazooka II (aka Redcat Hurricane). We were discussing different coloured bodies etc in earlier threads, so this will give those interested an idea of what we get down here in New Zealand. Hope the photos come out as this is my first upload on RC Universe. Cheers
