Sorry I keep posting pictures of my plane. I just really enjoy show people this thing.. Dave Fusinato Built the plane and this was his first time seeing it fly. He almost didn't get to see it at all. The bird strike was before he got to Florida. I was at a local airport near Lankland

Excellent pics......anybody know who the builder/pilot of the yellow/blue pitts n69d ....shown in weasel 33 post/and closeup pilot shot....this one surprised me...i didnt expect my old full scale to be the subject of a topgun competition....Ive got a lot of detail pics of the original as I restored this bird @ placerville /calif winter of 91/92.....this was my iac comp bird and taught me a lot about acro....interesting history...I purchased n69d @ colville wash. after a crash by the former owner (primary elevator torque tube became detached from ele bellcrank and a landing was attempted in a farm field using ele trim only)The pilot walked away...but n67d needed a little tlc!!!!sinc kelly p couch

the pitts belonged to a guy who is friends with mike barbee. i think they have a website called monsterhangar.com. the model was flown in pro am and was the leader after round one. i spoke with the pilot many times over the weekend. first class guy. i will do some digging and try to get his name for you. barry

The pitts owner is a great friend of mine.. MR little Johnny Boyko. he built the pitts and has been flying this thing for about a year. He would love to chat with the owner of the plane. I think it is a 47% pitts. DA 150 and a futaba Radio. John got fifth in Pro AM. I'll tell him to get on line and look you up..

Reply...thanks I assume pics of my plane came from an airshow/iac competion.....it is a very good reproduction but not perfect ...as I built the original I have a lot of closeup photos ....missing from this model...is wood anti harmonic arrows for wing flying wires....dual attitude sights on l/r wing interplane struts...aileron boosters/spades on lower ail hinges...belly was always really crappy from all the deisel/corvis oil i used contained in a 7 gal upper wing tank and doubled as a ferry tank...fuse belly cutout was also lexan anyway thanks brought back memories....sinc kelly p couch ps...pilot figure should have moutache and hair color dirty blond...also for complete scale look....pilot should look really scared!!!!

Tommy I was very lucky to save the plane. it was kinda upside down about 100 feet off the ground. The hornet came out ok with the bird kill.
Here is a picture of John boyko. John has CP and he can do ANYTHING. he works full time. flies full scale airplane,and radio control, skies, and he can eat more than anyone I know. His heart is the biggest of all.
