Who is planning on hitting this event and what are you bringing? I'll have my Topflite P51 , Vailly FW190 and a Yellow Zero on the flight line.

I'm going to go to a Airshow in PA. They are having a real Benz, Bf-109E showing up. I think it's the only one still flying in the States. Plus they're having a German Luftwaffe Ace signing autograghs there and my wife and I want to meet him.
Plus Arnie... " Sgt. Hartman" from Full Metal Jacket will be there for the History Channel. [&:] I'm from Schenectady... I would have liked to fly my Custom Hanger 9 PTS Mustang, but I don't think I will have many oportunities to meet a Luftwaffe Ace. He's almost 90 some odd years old! [sm=cry_smile.gif]

Get off the selkirk exit of the thruway (I think 23) and follow the signs. Sorry I'm not more specific. Mapquest could help.....

Everyone,
I just ran across this post. I'm new to the area, and didn't see it. Is there likely to be many people there tomorrow? My wife and I would LOVE to head up. But usually these things blow out, and by Sunday they are dead. Tell me that ain't the case!

I've checked the capital area website and the event for 2008 is scheduled for this June 7th and 8th. Is this still a go? I have not seen the event listed any magazine and it appears the website has not been updated for some time.
