i traded an item to an rcu member, i sent mine out next day, he said he shipped it out(but didnt), than a few days after receivig mine he said he just now shipped it out, but than a week later he said it was retured to sender. i let him know i was upset so than he said he would just send mine back. that is all fine and good but mine was a computer game so all he had to do was copy it and than send it back. what recourse do i have.

I bought an RS4 of rcu Paid for it .He said he shipped it .I never recived it and now he wont answer my e mails???

I'm sorry you are both having problems with other RCU members.

Please fill out the fraud complaint form linked at the bottom of the Ratings & Security page in the marketplace so that a formal complaint is posted against the offending member's account. This will not only warn all other members a complaint has been filed against them but will also allow us to track the situation.

I am goingto post a write up about it and the success I have had. I am going to out in court in a month to face a RCU member that scammed me all because of that site.
I would also file local police reports if you were a victim of fraud.
