Default grease in the gearbox

i just put a forward only kit in my revo should i be puting some grease in the gearbox to

No No dont put grease in the tranny you will kill it.

i suggest lightly greasing the output shafts inside the tranny, but do not fill it with grease.

white lithium grease...i use a little bit on my jato tranny but just keep it away from the OWB (im pretty sure the revo tranny has one)

It usually sits on the main input shaft inside the primary gear. It allows the transmission to freewheel when you're off the throttle.
I run all my transmissions completely dry. Never had a problem.

Just run them dry. The Revo and T-maxx's (and Jato's... I think) tranny is completely plastic so no grease is needed. I've heard of a guy who put grease in his T-maxx's tranny and lost second gear until he stripped the whole thing down and whipped it off.
