Default Missing Person

Need help anyone know what has happened to Marv Jensen from Jensen Jets I have been working with Marv in relation to single stick transmitter everything was fine untill I paid $650 US dollar deposit now there has been no reply to my emails and no reply to my phone calls. I am in New Zealand and finding it hard to find out if something has happened to Marv or if I have made a bad decission any help would be much appreciated. I really thought the Single stick transmitter would allow me to return to flying models and are beginning to think all is lost.

His website does look like a legitimate business...

What form of payment did you use? You may be able to get some help from your bank.

I sent this guy an email this morning and this is the reply---

Yes, I do Mike, and I have been trying desperately trying to get a message to him. If you are in coms with Steven, tell him to send me another email, and that I have been having problems with my ISP.
I sent hime a message this morning from my wife's computer. Maybe he received that. As soon as I send this to you, I will try again to send from this computer. I just hung up from talking to my ISP and doing some new settings; when I opened these messages up and found this one from you.
Thanks for helping him out. Please forward this to Steve.
Marv

Maybe they can do PM's through RCU or something. I know actual phone calls would be VERY expensive but perhaps needed at least once.

Hi Mike thanks for you help in making contact with Marv I had just about given up on the transmitter. Without something like this I would not be able to fly as I have lost my arm at the shoulder and my leg above the knee in a motorcycle accident. I spend a lot of time building models but since the accident have not been able to fly them. I had to take a loan out for the transmitter as I currently have had to give up work and go onto a bennefit. Really appreciate all the help and will keep you advised on progress.

Compters can really be a pain sometimes and sometimes its the user. I have my system set up only to receive emails from those in my address book. So I sometimes forget and go through the stages of getting really upset when they I get no reply in the first place because it automatically gets deleted when they send me a message.

Hey Armless, I just got this from him today. Did you get a hold of him?

Mike/Steven,
I have sent several emails to both of you, and I had asked for you to please respond if you received them. I have received nothing back from either of you. I have been sending and receiving to other people. I don't know what is happening.
Let me know if you get this. Both please respond.
Marv

Thank you to all those people that have assisted me to make contact with Marv Jensen it appears that my internet provider changed security settings without notifying its customers and my computer was treating alot of my emails as SPAM. tHIS HAS NOW BEEN RECTIFIED WITH SOME STERN WORDS FROM ME TO MY INTERNET PROVIDER. Again thank you to those that assisted.
