Default Monsoon

Anyone have this truggy? Just wondering how it holds up. I really like what ive read and seen online so far. Only thing is its the same length and only 1 inch wider than a 1/10 scale. Not really sure where they come up with the 1/8 but who knows. Anyhow just wanted to get some opinions on this truggy.

I am not too sure where you get the size from, its actually a little larger in width and length than the 1/8 ofna mutilatro truggy i have. its huge, far from the size of a 1/10 scale, i am sure alot of others will chime in here and tell you the same thing, you can see the mutilator behind it.

Ahh man is that one yours? Thats awsome. I was just getting the sizes off the traxxas website. The specs on the revo. And compared that to the monsoon. I would figure its alot larger than my revo but i wanted to check. I really like the way the monsoon looks. Seems like a really nice truggy.

Get the Monsoon, it's an awesome truggy & it's a lot larger than the 1/10 scale, I have both scale from Redcat. But like ehroof said you won't be disappointed.

I have seen many 1/8 truggies and they are know where near the size of a 1/10. I'd get one.

Thanks for the link ehroof. Lots of good info. Awsome pics there motodude11. Thanks for the comparison shot. Its not a whole lot larger than the Tmaxx. But that is a good thing. The more ive thought about it...would be dumb for anything larger. It would have to be alot harder to get around a track any larger. lol. I really like the monsoon...so i might just have to start saving now.. as my wife is always compaining about the money i spend on my stupid little trucks [&o] Still have some stuff to get for my Revo and then its time to get it a playmate And i know the perfect one. That and it seems that the truggy is really taking over.

Wow man. Sorry to hear that about your wife. Hope everything works out ok. We just found out that my wife has a mass in her brain. But the doc said its a disolvable mass. If thats how its spelled. But they said she can take medication to help it...so im not too sure. And 25 years.....wow. Only been a few years for me Im a big time car guy and always wanted a nitro so i could tinker with the engine. So thats how i got started. Love it so far. Just not the money that seems to burn up in blue smoke
