i can point u to a couple of places that sell brushless motors and all the other vital electronics!

www.hobbycity.com (great reasonably priced electronics, a good way to dive into the world of electric power.
www.bphobbies.com(also a good place to shop)

the reason why you arent getting any good responses is because all the guys here are running their nitro motors which is typical of them!

well i run both! nitro and brushless
only done a 3 pointer brushless at the minute -but bang for bucks the towerpro combo -2409 with esc and prop from hobbycity does a fair job on mine!
spins a 8 or 9" prop so you could go bigger motor

i made the front sponsens with a square outer edge-instead of curved like a rigger
when its at speed theres virtually nothing in the water to dig in but i think i slowed down AND turned ....hence dig an' flip lol![&:]
mod it next time lol
for yours thats about a .40 or .46 nitro match! wow gona go some
gotta see that run[X(]

I have to agree. the plastic food wrap (like reynolds, glad or stretch-tite) works just as good?
