Default what should i get?

so i have 2 electric stadium trucks and 1 nitro buggy and i really want to get into the sport of rc boats! but i dont kno wether to get an electric or nitro ??? im almost 14 years old and i pay for everything myself. im looking to spend only about $300 max. i love the smell and sound of a nitro but i like the ease of electric. Also i love to go fast! So anyone out there...what are your opinions? and choices of boats?

If you check out the thread on the supervee nitro, stock prob 30-35 mph but can be easily modded for more speed. Tower has them for $279 in both nitro and brushless.

It's kind of in your hands as you know what you want. When I first made the trip back to boats from racing both electric and nitro trucks I just had so much electric stuff laying around that it was at that time easier for me to go the electric route. After getting tired of frying motors and ESC's I went nitro plus I didn't like the short run times that I was getting. This was years ago before all of the technogoly and giant strides that elecric boats have made since then.
You've already gotten the experience with both but there is still a slight learning curve when it comes to boats.

Who is "everybody"? That's more of an overpriced boat made more for gas, not nitro unless you go big-block.
Picking out any new boat, whether it's your first or 20th can be hard as there are now so many to look at. It must be because we can't own just one!
