ok is the trim set right.........if not there is a little cirle looking thing on your brake linkage...its right behind the little fuel line on it.
take the loosen it push it towards the servo(making the brake pads get tighter) until you are satisfied with how you much more brake you will have....beware not to push it too far forward or the brakes will always be on even when you are not using them.
