Ikon N'wst Beaver on Floats
I am in the middle of building this kit and would like to mount attachments for floats. The plans show nothing coconcerning this idea. Does anyone out there have any information or pictures showing how scale mounts should or could be installed? I have approximated the positions for these mounts but am a little undecided how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.

Jim I hope this will help. I have blind nuts mounted in 1/4 ply in the fush. One of the float brackets mount to the landing gear with a bracket also.

RE: Ikon N'wst Beaver on Floats
Jim,
My cousin (from Marietta, GA) gave me one of these kits and the plan is to put it on floats. A fellow club member has one same scale in fiberglass (the one Chief distributes) and the float mounts should be very similar. I'll attach some photos when George gets his working. For another project I have a set of Balsa USA floats that are very scale so we should be able to come up with a workable plan. Have you started construction on the plane?
Take a look at the 19.3 foot span Beaver in Model Airplane News page 67 from Germany in the Joe Nall article. 400 cc 4 stroke radial from Moki 40 percent and 180 lbs.
