RE: Kingcat smoke tanks ...
Gary Mueller makes a rectangular tank that can be sized up to 90 oz that fits between the KC main tanks.....it replaces the 16 oz hopper tank. My buddy has one. He T's the main tanks into the UAT. Still has time for 12 minute flights with his P-120 with smoke on the whole time if he wants it. Only minor downer is that plane is very heavy at takeoff and comes down like a rock if it flames out early in the flight.

Here's another option where you don't have to give up the center aux tank. Aircraft International (http://www.aircraftinternational.com/) sells a 51oz tank that just happens to fit perfectly in the cavity just aft of the fuel tanks. It's also close enough to the cg that is no trim change required from full to empty.

RE: Kingcat smoke tanks ...
I worked on my friends Kincat, redo the intall and change his smoke system, endup with 38 oz. one tank in between the two mains with a 16 oz. foward fuel tank and the UAT, if you ask it is plenty of smoke for the 12 to 15 mim flight any more I think is to much.
The tank I used came from Tam ( Tamjets A-4 ) flat on one side and curved on the other for the airlines, engine wires and gas line to past through.
pic. # 1 see the 38 oz. fuel tank and intal in jet on the others. No the green bottle is not par of the jet.
