Not for the price, I mean you can get a CRT RTR for $530, Lightning Stadium sport for $330, CEN matrix TR, the Nitrage would be my last choice. PM Qaiz he had a nitrage then he got a Hyper ST he'll be able to tell you how it compared to the Hyper.

Edit: Here a link to a TTR (thunder tiger) ST-1 I heard these where good for the money http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/17279

CEN http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...ducts_id/10615

CRT http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/4134

Amain is 99.9% cheaper on stuff then Tower by the way.

oh alright thanks for the links. I want a truggy, not a MT or ST. Right now I have a Revo 3.3 and Stampede VXL. I've seen truggy's race and want one. So any links to truggy's and how they are would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't buy tamiya or kyosho. Most are fragile and require a lot of upgrades. Parts for redcats are more easy to get.

You will probably get more results in the truggy forum

But if your willing to spend 500$ on an rtr truggy than fork over a little more dough and get the 8ight t rtr. It may be an extra $100 but its well worth it

If I bought the 8eight-t, could I buy more receivers and use the transmitter for multiple cars? The transmitter it comes with is the Spektrum DX2.0 I think. My cars are in sig.

All three of those link in my last post are truggies. Some times they call them ST (not sure why) the TTR is a truggy (it has the 3 diffs) but it doesn't have a wing but I think you can get one.

The CRT is good (I have the pro kit CRT) but I'm not sure about the rtr, the ofna/jammin radios/servo/engines are not to good in their RTR's.

The CEN I heard was good.

The 8ight t people seem to like, it does come with the DX2.0 but it can only hold 2 model memory though.

There's the LSP-R too. Look on ebay you might just find a good deal on a complete pro kit truggy for $500 - $600

Keep me out of this .

He can use the search button, honestely.

Im with the CRT, tho the X2 . The X1 is still a damn good truck, the X2 just touches up on that truck ( Extended Chassis, Fuel Tank, a few differiences etcc.. ). The X1 has TONS and TONS of after maket ' hop ups ' that you can buy. Im 99.9% sure that the RTR CRT X1X comes with the Ofna Force .28 engine.

ANY RTR ( Except for the Losi 8ight T ), will NOT come with a good engine, serovs, and radio. All use mostly the same crappy stuff, that will HAVE to go at a certain point.

Good Luck on your choice...

Sorry, but you are the only one I know that ran the nitrage and a pro kit truggy.

What are you even doing in the traxxas MT forum anyway? You don't have a traxxas[&:]

I would investigate truggies from other companies in this price range. But if you really want it, you can purchase if directly from Tamiya for $399. Click on link below.
