Check out my new track and website!
Hey guys, some of you may remember when I introduced a new track here in Pa. called "Hox Peak R/C Raceway"
Well im proud to say I am now the owner of the track, and we have changed it ALOT, it is bigger, better, and a whole lot more fun!
We are a non profit club, and any and all track fee's we collect go right back towards the property lease.
We charge a very small fee, just $10.00 a month for a membership, just a little something to help pay the lease. we have a great time!
Mod's please dont move or delete this thread, as i said we are not trying to make a profit, just trying to have a great place to have fun!
Check it out, and if you'r in the area come check us out some weekend!
Take a look at the site and track and let me know what you guys think, any suggestions?

I wish to god we had a local track here. We have our club where we fly that has a heli hover area that is never used and we could build a short track there. I would like to see some of our members get interested and vote it in at a meeting. It would attract new members, we can host a race each week with entry fees going to the club and non members could come out that day to race too. members could use it anytime. It just makes sense. Our LHS sells alot of trucks which means they are out there with no where to run. It's a no brainer in my opinion.

You should expand down the Kentucky way. There isn't crap where I live. About 80miles away there is a little bitty track, not near that nice.

Thanx for the replys guys, means alot to hear it looks good.
beleave it or not we started with not much more then an oval that has been left go,, im talking 4-5 foot tall weeds EVERYWHERE.
after a month and a half this is what it looks like, and myself and my wife have done all of the work. So sb13, if you have a place to make something go for it man,, your only limited to your imagination, you can pickup materials fairly cheap, and improvise with what you have.

Nice looking track!!! I too wished we had a track like that here. We use to have at least 1 track that started up, but sadly, the owner got shut down because he didnt have the proper permits to run a track in the city of Phoenix....

Wow that thing has changed!! I remember back when you first posted up about it. You were using someones land that wasn't being used. It was a lot smaller then. Now your strait away is 110 ft long!! Thats Crazy!!! If I am ever in PA I'll definitely stop by and give you guys a run.[8D] Great work! [sm=thumbs_up.gif]
