Default Power recommendations for an oldie goldie

I recently had a flashback of one of my favorite planes and decided to go out and build another one.

The GWS Formosa 1.

I have not built a foamy in several years and don't remember power combos for this plane, since I no longer use geared, brushless motors.

So here is my question:

What performance should I expect out of the following power setup? AUW will probably fall around 18-19oz.

E-flite 450. E-flite 20A ESC. TP2100mah 3S1P lipo. APC 10x7E prop.

Will this setup be too heavy? Anyone have motocalc that can figure out estimated thrust and watts?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!!
