RE: YEE HAW!!!! My SisT is Here!!!!
Is it true that the molds for 1/5 fw190A and fw190d sold? And if it is that means that i can not order parts from the original site in Germany for my Dora?Does anyone know if those planes will come available in different 'company'?

RE: YEE HAW!!!! My SisT is Here!!!!
Well, I'm Back! After exactley 1 year I'm ready to keep going on the 190. Very funny, I started looking at the plane, took it down, dusted it off and tried to remember where I left off. Wheel pants! I needed to complete one of the lower pant connections to the struts. Got it done.. Now while I was waiting for parts last year I took a break to take care of honey do's. I thought I remembered getting a box from DJ sometime during the break and put it somewhere. Today i started tinkering around and sizing up the G-62 to the firewall. During this time my head was going crazy trying to remember if I ever got the correct engine mount, fan and the stainless muffler. In a frinzy I started going through everything. No luck! Man, I really remember ordering or at least planning on ordering it. Where is it!
Today, I'm on the DJ aerotech website hunting down Joe's #. While I was dialing the phone, it all came back to me I turned to the right and under some graphics. There it was, and un opened box from DJ Dated Jan '08. It was a Red Rider moment!
Now I can get going on this beautiful bird.
Quick question for anyone building, Todd if your out there: I'm using the G-62 with the fan. Is the stock 62 prop hub what you used or do I need to have a longer one made?
BobH: Is the dry transfer sheet you show a picture of the one that ProMark sells? I was looking at there website and their sheet is slightly different than the one you posted.

You need the longer prop hub for the G62. Ditch the rubber mounts and solid mount it to the firewall. You will have to extend the starboard cowl blister around 1/4" to clear the spark plug boot. Pics on my webpage:

I forgot to tell you about getting rid of the soft mount today when you called
as well. as Evo did, I also ditched mine. and if you check out his site, you
can see how he hid the spark plug boot as well.

Well it's been 7-8 years now and the 190 is just about ready.... Another long break in the action but back at it!
If anyone has an original SisT spinner cone that fits in the fan hub... I really want another one for use for static.
If any of you FW guys are still around please chime in!
