............................ I'd luv to be there, but thats just too much money in diesel, not having a paycheck coming in. I hope you have great weather.
It's only an 8 hour drive for me, and I'll be using mid-grade (got to feed the Hemi good stuff) to pull our 25 ft trailer.
SHOO SHOO BABY will be there, hoping in addition to the 'bent wings flyby': another Top Flite Mustang ARF (Hurry Home Honey) shows up so we can do a 357th Fighter Group Mustang flyby.
If your trying to talk me into it, your doing a good job. I would luv to be there, just dont know if I can afford too. I still have 4 days to think about it.

Hey guys. The ribeyes will be in tomorrow. I"ll get them seasoned up and ready to go. I had to put a gear set in the retract servo on the P-47 tonight. I think it will hold up. Still need to check out the Bobcat and cycle the battery. See ya all Saturday.

Dave,
Don't forget to reserve a parking place for 25' camper (and tow vehicle). We are leaving Fri. morning for a campground just south of Terre Haute, then will leave that campground about 8 AM Sat. morning for Evansville, should arrive close to 10 AM. We have about 75 feet of electric cord for hookup, and will spend Sat nite at the field.
See you Sat. morning.

Here are a few pics from our first day of the *Warbirds On The Ohio*. The wind was 10-15 mph with gust up to 25-30 mph. Hamburgers, Ribye stake sandwiches, and backed beens. Not a bad turn out for such bad weather. Here are a few video's I shoot.

Hey, dont feel bad, I came home early from S.C. cause the winds were 20-25 today. Yesterday I arrived in a monster rain storm, but by 3:00pm the sky's cleared, winds diminished and some great flying was had. Tommorrow their have high winds again with possible severe tstorms. I really wish I could have been there with yawl, but I really could'nt afford the trip. May be next year I'll put it on my calendar if I have a job. Hope yawl have a great tomorrow.

I'm really happy for you. Nothin better then a well exicuted flyin. Mother Nature can never be predicted, but a great host club makes all the difference. Great sponsors too, so sorry I had to pass.

Hey Dave, You guys really put on a good event ! Good people =good times. I had one flight early Sunday with my H-9 P-47 but had a servo malfunction and the left strut colapsed on landing.(no real damage). Weather was good and blowing straight down the runway on Sunday so I was looking forward to a few flights during the day,but as fate would have it, RC warbirds are just like the real ones, seems you always have to wrench on-em. Oh well, I for one will definatly see ya'll next year ! Hope to see you guys in the fall in Bowling Green,Ky.

ERCMAC MEMBERS

thank you very much for a fun weekend and feeding us so well (as usual)!!!! the winds could have been a little less on saturday, but it turned out to be a great sunday. Ray, my son Travis, and myself had a great time and my hats off to all of you that put forth the great effort on yet another AWESOME EVENT! I can't wait until the event in July.....hopefully i won't re-kit the Rascal 110 before then. maybe i will take it easy on the old gal till then........NOT!!!!

oh yeah, the ribeye/egg sandwich off the grill sunday morning "wuz off da hook", that sure beat the hell-o out of the FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST at the motel we stayed at.

keep up the great events guys

Eric
