Does anyone know if there are any 2 or 3 speed transmission that can be dropped straight in to the Hurricane? I'm looking for some serious top speed .

Most (meaning 99.9999%) 1/8th scale buggies are single speed. There's not much call for a buggy with a two speed transmission. So there's a .0000001% chance you will find a two speed that will drop right in.
