Default 8ight-t Engine Question. Will this work?

Greetings, I have a chance to pick up an thunder tiger pro 21r engine that is brand new, at a cheap price. Any thoughts on this engine?

It looks like it's pretty old technology.  I'm not sure how old...

I ran the newer Pro .21B-R in a truggy a few years ago.  It did quite well, and was a good engine for the $115 I paid for it new.  It didn't last very long, but that was to be expected considering it ingested mud twice.
