A good points the Machine made. Its not fair to the racers to do what seemed to be a good idia at that moment. My Bad, I apologize and have adjusted the point results for Sportsman and novice buggy. All Racers will remain in classes thay signed up for .
Next race is July,18
Track work Thursday at 4:00. Will someone Bring a cordless screw gun for crash wall inst. Idont have one.

How come my name is on the Sportsman buggy results for the series when at the race i did i was novice and i was told i could run that class???

Steven I will start out by saying you do not belong in novice class at this or any other track. You know that and we know that. But we did let you run in that class so that is our bad. We would have made you move up that night but we could not figure out how. we had a lot of complaints from real novice racers, so this why Dave made this change.

Now with that said it is of my opinion that you should be aloud to finish out the series in novice class only because I feel it is not fair to the other sportsmen drivers that you get to use points that you did not earn running against them.(we have no way of knowing weather you would have been TQ or not or how you would have finished in the main running against the sportsmen class). It also is not fair to you as you were told it was ok to run in that class,(maybe if you win the class you would consider kicking down the prizes to the real novice racers ???

But this is SUPER SLAVES decision to make not mine. Sure wouldn't want to be in his shoes as whatever he decides is sure to make someone upset.[sm=cry_smile.gif]

Well of he decides to move me up then he needs to do the same to Taylor because me and him run the same times so that would be unfair to move me up and not him...

That is true,He should also move Taylor up as he does run sportsmen times, but that still makes it unfair to the other sportsmen racers because those points were not earned against them. Maybe if people would be more HONEST about there ability when they sign up we would not have these problems.

I suggest you email Dave and get his phone number or go to the track on Thursday and discuss it with him because race day and this forum are not the time or way to take care of the problem.

Tony Tony Tony. first of all Steven I said the same thing in January and March about other racer at the track and I caught alot of crap for it. I did not race at green flag from 6 months due people racing out of class and losing every race which looking back now is no big thing My first race at green flag since being back I was put in sportsmen which I got smoked didn't make it to the main didnt finish you get the picture. my second race I raced novice I got smoke in the first race and the second (B) main race I won then the final race I crashed and burn. the only advice I can give you race where you need to be not where someone tells you. Don't cry just try to do better. Anyway beside the two people in question there might be 1 or 2 others but i won't say names. Good luck Robert

Well Robert I was wondering when you were going to chime in, there you go again not knowing what you you are talking about. I will repeat it for you so maybe you can understand it. I don't care what will happen has for I am not the one making the decision Super Slave is. So the problem is this, Steven who has always raced ether sportsman or expert at Greenflag suddenly decided he was going to sign up in novice class after his first Qualifier he would have been 2nd qualifier in sportsmen Dave told him he was going to move him to sportsmen with witch he was OK with, but Dave could not figure out how to do this on the scoring system so Dave had no choice but to let him run novice that night. Now this was Dave's Decision not mine.

Maybe if people would be more HONEST about there ability when they sign up we would not have these problems. We are not the R/C police!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I will not be discussing this subject any farther so please do not reply to this post.Also if I am not addressing you personally please do not involve my name in your post. Thank you for your cooperation.

I was not complaining I was agreeing with you Mr machine ! I'm sorry for your misunderstanding. [:'(] and by the way you should be racing in novice along with me... lol.... see you next race day, which will be next month for me. Maybe if people would be more HONEST about there ability when they sign . We are all there to have fun. I really think Mr Superslaves doing the best he can and I really do mean that good job Superslave. With out your hard work there would not be a greenflag Superslave I have a extra screw gun with charger I can give you to keep... A novice is a person who is new to a field or activity. The term is most commonly applied in religion and sports.


sportsman - someone who engages in sports (This one is kind of vague, to me a sportsmen in rc racing is someone who has won more than two novice A-mains and is not sponsored.) This would cover about 90% of the racers at green flag.


expert - having or showing knowledge and skill and aptitude,a person with special knowledge or ability who performs skillfully.
(This class is for pros and people with advanced skills who do not want to race with the average driver.)

You're right i have raced sportsman and expert and greenflag before, but when i don't even touch my rc cars for two or three months at a time and then go out and race i figure i would get beat by everyone... It's not my fault i don't realize you guys never get any faster and keep racing the sportsman class... I will remember that for the next series greenflag has though... :-)
