Who knows of where to get T33 detailed surface photos?
Guys, does anyone know where to obtain detailed photos of a T33 jet? I am looking for surface detail, rivets etc for a project.

Plastic model kits can be a great reference. For just a few dollars you have a full dimensional model of all the major panel lines, access covers, etc.
Some plastic kits are loaded with surface detail that appears much better than trying to judge a drawing or actual plane.
I would think if you could copy all the lines from a plastic kit onto your model you would have a very good start as they have already done the hard part in determining what should be scribed into the molds to give it a balanced appearance.

Hi Marc, Here is an excellent reference book which I used when I was manufacturing the T.33 as a ducted fan kit.
Title: Shooting Stars
Author: Michael O'Leary
Publisher: Osprey
This would really be good value.
Hope this helps.

One of the better walkaround detail sites I have found for the T-33. Great flying airplane, good luck with yours.
