Default aluminium rims?

right im totaly fed up of buying wheels advertised as alumiunium only to find they're painted plastic crap!

im investing in the HPI pirelli tires with d compound tread so i really need some SWEET metal rims. can someone please please please suggest a few places where to get some? preferably cheap as possible. needs them to ship to the uk too!

Aluminum Rims are VERy expensive. OVer $100bucks.. RDLogics Makes a set.

Heavy, adds rotating mass and will bend in an impact, rendering them useless. I'd seriously think twice about spending money on them

well any ideas on some sweet looking rims where the paint wont chip of easily blind?

im sure ya'll can understand the desire for some sweet rims for some sweet tyres?

What style? HPI have a nice range and if you go for the black rims they're dyed as opposed to painted and won't chip as a result. Most aluminium/chrome coloured rims will chip as it's a paint layer above the plastic - other than lacquering I don't think there's any way to prevent it.

Yeah Imo these aren't Worth It. It will def. slow your car down.. More Weight TO Get Turning.

hey yeah any style will do as long as they look nice and not the solid ones you see for offroad. ones with spokes.
