Well if you were at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, for the 2009 EAA Fly-In Convention, and you went by the Piper tent then you would know what the PiperJet is. I am thinking about starting this project this December, so it may be finished next February (maybe!) if all goes well. Help is needed. Ideas are wanted, too. If you have witnessed the beauty of this aircraft and think it would be just as neat as an r/c plane then cast your ideas into the open and they will be accepted. If you have never seen the PiperJet, there are pictures posted below.

That would be an interesting subject. I've been following the progress as part of my job. I don't know that I'd exactly call it a "beauty", but it certainly has a unique configuration. Your second picture is a little out of date. The horizontal stabilizer has sprouted a significant amount of sweep to make up the tail volume lost by the location of the wing and the short tailcone. You could have fun kitbashing an old piper twin kit. That's what Piper did. Does anyone else recognize the fuse?
