Default Axe CPV3 doesn't lift off

Today I replaced the e-board in my Axe CPV3. It seems that instead of lifting off it does the opposite, it pushes to the ground. I had completely dismantled the helicopter while waiting for my replacement e-board to ship. I just wanted to paint some stuff and I was pretty bored, did I assemble something backwards? All other controls seem to work ok, I can lift the nose slightly off the ground. I am pretty good at taking stuff apart and putting it back together properly but it seems I messed up somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Flip the seesaw and the blade grips so the ball link on the grips is to the trailing edge of the blades. The swash moves DOWN pulling the trailing edge of the blades down for lift.

The grips and seesaw are set up in that fashion, but when I throttle up the swash plate moves up. I have the receiver set up accordingly:

1:Left Servo
2:Front servo
3:E-board Connection
4:Orange Wire
5:Empty
6:Right Servo

This is the setup I have for my CPV3.

1:Right Servo
2:Front servo
3:E-board Connection
4:Orange Wire
5:Empty
6:Left Servo

All four reverseing switchs are in the REV position.

Hope this helps.

Problem solved. The e-board I purchased was from E-bay and came with a receiver. The receiver looks the same with the exception of a rubber sleeve around the antenna. So I put the old receiver back in and kept the fancy antenna sleeve and it worked like a charm. Whats up with that?
