John, I just received the replacement 300S model today! It came through in good shape, I've inspected all contents and looks like everything is OK. I feel lucky to get this plane, I've drooled over it online since January.

I recently recieved my A-10 brushless rtf from nitroplanes and the only thing wrong was the left motor is bad everything else appears to be ok ( except for a cracked wing but that was an easy fix) can I please get a new motor from you guys thanks in advance, here is my order no.yhst-17210252890263-93787. The motor is a 2410 brushless 1200kv.

Just unbelievable. I have beeen trying to get a replacement canopy for a cessna 421 for six months. I finally talked them into sending one from a model thay have in stock. It arrived today. It is broken in the exACT SAME PLACE AS THE ORIGINAL. tHE SPLIT IS ONLY ABOUT THREE INCHES THIS TIME AND i WILL TRY TO FIX IT. i CAN ASK NOTHING MORE OF NITROPLANES. I FEEL BAD FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO DEAL WITH SELLING SUB QUALITY PRODUCT. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU AT NITRO PLANES. I TRULY MEAN THAT.

hi, i received the a-10 thunderbolt over the weekend, fixed up and everything looks good. howeverwhen i am running the fans at slow speed, the right fan is not rotating on one point, causing vibration to the whole airframe and it is more pronounced when i increase the power. i hope toget it rectified beforeimaiden it..can i request for a replacement EDF assembly for my right EDF thanks..

yes please, the instant messenger chat with one of the technical support guy got me so confused, so i just took the RMA option until i saw this thread.. i was wondering if you could also send methepiece of the metal wire used as the right main landing gear as i pushed too hard while installing it and it broke..

Sounds like I have the same issue as others for the Cessna 421 that I just purchase about 2 weeks ago.  Contacted Nitro Planes - regarding my canopy being crushed during packaging.. i.e. someone dropped 11 servos on top of the canopy...  Now I'm being told that it's back-ordered with not ETA on replacement.  Thus - fully built plane that can't be flown... First experience with Nitro-Planes and so far, not a very positive one.  Have built E-flite, Hangar 9, Seagull, and Top-Flite and issues have been remedied immediately... most of them I tend not to bother with since I can modify or fix them myself....  

Any suggestions?

I ordered the OV10 Bronco and the 70" Seawind a couple of months ago ago, so I don't have the order number.
The Bronco went together with no problem, the Seawind which I started putting together a week ago is another matter.

The Water Rudder and linkage was messed up. This includes the water rudder (Welds Broken), the Control Shaft (Bad Threading - Falls out) with set screw, and the Control Shaft coupling device that fits on the bottom of the flying rudder (Missing from box.)

The cover for the hatch on the top of the engine pod is missing.

There were several other issues with this ARF that I have already fixed such as Fuselage formers that were not glued in very well and that the former where the wing hold down screw goes was glued right across the access hole inside the fuselage.

I would like to see a Complete replacement Water rudder assembly AND the Top Hatch Cover and any hardware arrive ASAP as I want to fly the plane in a couple of weeks.
