Looking for Saito Special 45 size Muffler
Dear All;
During my flight today, the muffler worked itself loose and fell from my plane during flight and was lost. Can anyone direct me where to order one online or any compatible brands and models of mufflers can be used for this engine. I am in Singapore and it is almost impossible to find saito parts here.
Thanks

Any of the later model Saito mufflers for the Saito 50, 56, or 62 will work on the 45
There are black powder coated brass pipes with no tank pressure
Same with muffler pressure
And then the various threaded steel / aluminum muffler assortments

Thanks. U are a very deserving moderator! I am a newbie on 4 strokes, and the Saito I had was from someone else. Without the muffler, the engine would cut at full throttle presumably from lack of tank pressure (the pressure nipple was lost together with the muffler). However, I found this nipple at the rear of the crankcase which I dun know what is it used for. If it comes out from the engine, it would have pressure. Can I tap the tank to use this pressure for constant fuel delivery and forget about the muffler?
Thanks.

Thanks for the advise. Another question. How do I get the engine to run without quitting without having to buy a new muffler? Currently, the engine still runs but nearing WOT the engine tends to cut presumbly because of the lack of tank pressure due to no muffler. Anyway to tap pressure from the engine?
Thanks
