slow compared to most here, but its okay for me (mine is officially 4mbps but the lines round here are ancient) 
tested a neighbours internet.. pretty quick compared to mine.. one still to test, but its off at the minute..

Just got FIOS - did it right before they switched it from Comcast... comcast had 12 down and 7 up. Needless to say - I am wicked happy! oh and i am saving 30 bucks a month!
