Default Kraft KBC-D model charger

I have a Kraft KBC-D model charger that I bought in the early '80s. Its output is Tx: 11.6v @ 180ma and 5.8v @ 180ma. It also has a switch which lists Lo-Hi. I assume the output specs are for Hi. Does anyone know what the specs are for the switch in the Lo position?

the onloy reference I have is from the 1979 Kraft catalog where it states by switching to low position it will charge the 4L pack [225 MAH] at a high rate.

I have one of these somewhere I thought the input and outputs were molded into the casing.
