Out of box hole in fuel line X2
I recently bought two RedCat Earthquake 3.5 trucks, and not wanting theaggravationof trying to break-in two at the same time I obviously started on one. After priming and cranking a few times, I noticed quite a bit of air in the line, I found the culprit which was a hole in the fuel line right at the tank fitting. I cut the line back a quarter inch or so, problem fixed. I finished the break-in process, however it was much more lengthy and tedious than expected. But that is another topic.
So on the next truck, I took it out of the box and this time pulled the fuel line first, and guess what I found, a hole right at the tank fitting. I replaced the whole line this time with some Tygon.
So check, and double check your fuel lines, but to save some time just replace it.

good job.....
its important to look over the rc really good before fireing them up...these ARE NOT ready to throw in batteries, fill the tank and off ya go...rtr means it comes with the car and radio gear...by going over everything, tightening screws, loctite, and making adjustments to linkages and such you will save yourself alot of headaches...you get in a hurry and skip the set-up your going to have problems, I can pretty much guarentee it
