Did the wooden ribs are arriwed with the drawings or did u design them too?

Actually design of ribs is not my ,I made several corrections ,because the original drawing have many difference with the real airplane !

Hi Rumen..
At this time iam in my workshop, to build my bf 110 :-)
To be honest - i thouht, that you will be with the 109 after the maid :-)))
But.. when i saw your riveted plane,.. in its perfection.. so i think that your building speed is more than OK :-)

I glue tha wood parts (ribs) in the composite fuselage and glue the bottom of the fuselage with all moulds and adhesive resine




I cut the cabin area




And cut the half nose





So , I must to glue the last motor rib and put the carfon fiber there

hello Fokke, I see,that you were hard-working on your Bf109E. It looks very nice. IĀ“ve just finished the rebuilding of my Bf109G.
Its take me 2years, but now IĀ“m ready for the first flight. I hope, that it will be in next four weeks.

Now I am very bussy, becouse I have exam period at university, so I havenĀ“t many free time. But school ending next week.
First flight could be in the second week in July.

Hi!

Very interesting thread! I'm also do some molding work now and stuck with the issue, how to make a button-head rivets?
May anybody give a suggestion about technology suitable for molding?

I'm really afraid that if I will use some not well kind of glue it may damage the mold.

Also I've a question if rivets should be covered by primer on top of the glue or it's okay to mold just over glued rivets?
