Default Plug help!!

Question. I have a cowl and belly pan plug made out of pink foam. I have it shaped and it generally in good shape but need to touch up some details. Need a suggestion on what to use for low spot filling and what prep to use for final mold making. I did a test part using clear polyurethane on the foam as a sealer and made a plaster of paris mold and it turned out nice. Any suggestions??

Thanks, Rob

Lightweight spackling from HomeDepot.
Use Ultracal 30 rather than plaster.
