Charles,
Awesome video, I watched the whole presentation. Great job on it.. That's another indication of your patience, had to take a lot of time to edit that and put it all together.
I like the part too, where you show the gear retracting.. Hopefully this week you'll sneek in a maiden flight, but you don't want to push it either.
You mentioned that it weighed in at 9.3 pounds, the Trex 600 with 5,000 mAh pack weighs in at 7.3 pounds.

What head speed are you running? My Trex Bell 222 is happy anywhere between 1500 - 1700 depending on how heavy the blades are that I'm running.

Charles,
It's always a good idea to spend time with the family once in awhile. I don't envy you at all having vibration problems. Those can be tough to figure out sometimes.
Especially on scale helis.. Bad enough on a stock heli. Maybe you'll get lucky and find it right away.
Let me know what you find.
Dave

Thanks bro for all the nice comments I know some people who would disagree with you hehe did some testing and had some vibrations that stopped me. then I took a small break from heli building and put my Trex 600 ESP together hehe and spent some time with my wife who I have been ignoring since Sept. I hope to get a Maiden in soon thanks again Charles
