Here's my drifter with foam tyres.  I find that the foam tyres heave heaps more grip and last heaps longer than rubber.  They're also perfect for using at my work where they have tons of grip out on the road and in the carpark, and slide beautifully on the smooth floor inside the warehouse.

Sorry for the explanation being so long.

The body: came with the car and was painted very poorly in the 'panda' scheme.  I stripped it using oven cleaner and then just a touch of thinners on a rag to get the last bits out of the corners.  This was my first attempt to paint a body with panel lines around the doors, bonnet, and boot.  The cables to hold the pins are made from wire and little silver rings bought from a bead/craft shop, tied together on the inside held with tape.  Saves looking for the clips just when you're ready to run...   They give a bit more to hold onto and I tried to have the same look as 'actual' bonnet pins

The chassis: It is a HSP item.  It's far from a racing chassis but for drifting it is pretty good.  The first thing I did was to replace the shocks oil and put in diff oil.  This stopped it bouncing around all over the place.  The fan on the motor was part of the motor heatsink but the magnets from the standard 540 motor cancelled it out and it wouldn't run.  So, I spaced it out with a bit of a 'Tia Maria' lid to spacce it away from the motor and to duct the air onto the heatsink.  I bought an Orion Method R 15 turn double wind motor off Ebay for AU$6 (the standard ESC says it will handle down to a 13 turn motor)   This new motor is excellent!  Now I find the motor barely even gets warm but the ESC gets very toasty so one-day I'll move the fan over the ESC.  I swapped the brass bushes for actual bearings that hold the axles which frees it up heaps.  I am using a 4600mah Venom battery which lasts well over 1/2hr running flat-out.  I used cables on the clips which hold the battery down so I don't lose them too.

Couple of mine (not sure if they are a re-post)

Gold HPI R-34 on my TT-01

R-34 Skyline shell originally done for my E10 which now sits on my sprint 2 since the E10 was stripped and binned.

Ev0 6 Lancer on my Sprint 2.. Dual Flip paint job so the front fades from Gold to green while the rear fades blue to green.

Stock E10 R32 Skyline shell sitting on my HPI Sprint 2...

Here's my first attempt at flames.  It's a HPI Pantera.  *note unfinished, have mirrors and stickers for the front indicators to go on.  I used a transparent blue in a light coat and while it was still wet sprinkled some purple glitter on, then blue again, then some more glitter.  Did this 3 or 4 times.  Sprayed a little bit of black to make them stand out then did the rest of the body with more transparent blue and backed the lot with black.  The 3rd photo shows the colours better.
4th photo is a dodgy one but shows the bigger foams I use on my Ofna OB4.  I think I'll go some HPI 'Vintage' wheels though.

The spots and dust are from being near the budgie cage...  Didn't notice until now.

Vic Nyce, how did you make picture 24? Was it down by taking 2 pictures, one without the car and one with the car then overlapping both pictures?

ahhhh. for this picture, the exposure was 4 seconds, i throttled the car out of the frame after 2 seconds or so. the method you mentioned would have worked too, but i used that technique in a photo below. number 13.
