I have tried calling and left several Voice Mails requesting call back including emails explaining I would like to place an order but no response. Anyone know another reputable Yellow Aircraft rep?

I called Shaun to place an order, he was on his cell phone in his car and said he would call me back to get my order, he never did, so I went to Charles and got it in two days since I live on the east coast.
