1/16 BAJA 5T
Got an email from a manufacturer today about this new 1/16 scale 4x4 electric powered baja,
it really ressembles hpi`s baja 5t,
the detailed bodies come in either white or black and are made from lexan,
length is 267mm,
height 95mm and 202mm width it has a 168mm wheelbase,
runs a 280w motor and the run time is said to be around 15 to 20 mins per charge

i don`t think these trucks they will be available any other way, other than direct from the manufacturer,
i`ve talked to them and requested a couple samples, i hope to hear back from them soon.
here`s a body off shot

I dont have much info on it at the moment, waiting on reply from the manufacturer,
iv`e been told is that it runs a 280 motor and is 4.8v,
the kyosho mini-z truck i use to own had these same specs and to me was a great little indoor basher,
i will post more as i find out,
maybe some body else has already run these, as the manufacturer said that they had taken large orders
from being at the nuremberg toyfair

It doesn't look that great but you are right, stuff like this makes for great indoor bashing fun. Plus you're right it looks just like the 5T, that bodyshell would be perfect for a lengthened desert buggy conversion...
