OK - this may seem elementary - but I am having some dificulty.

I plugged in the charger and there are a lot of options that I am not sure about. Is there anyway that someone can let me know what I need to do in order to get this battery charged? Thanks in advance.

I believe this charger is 5 amps max output and your battery is 5800mah. Charge it on the lipo balance setting with the balance lead plugged into the charger. Charge at 5.8 amps max if your charger is capable of more than 5 amps, otherwise just charge at 5 amps. Read the warning sheet that came with the battery and charger, lipos are more dangerous than other battery types if they are not charged correctly. I usually balance charge my lipos every 3rd or 4th charge, although you can balance them every charge if you like. If you don't balance every charge then measure the individual cell voltages to make sure they are balanced. Never charge any lipo cell to greater than 4.2volts per cell, nor discharge it lower than 3.0 volts per cell under load, your esc needs a low voltage cutoff to safely use lipos. Most lipo fires occur during charging, never charge unattended, and always charge in a lipo sack or other non flammable enclosure. Inspect the battery after charge and discharge and make sure the pack is not bulged, ie puffed. Never charge or use a puffed battery. Ifyou are not going to be using yourLipo for more than a few days use theLipo storage function of youcharger,it will bring it to about50% charged andbalanceit at the same time provided your balance leads are pluggedin when in storagemode.Lipo storage helps to prolong the life ofthe battery and keep the battery safeduring storage.Lipos are more volatile than other battery types, but even NIMH batteries can explode if used improperly. Lipos can be used safely provided you follow the rules for safe use.
