i'm just waiting for a tracking # on my mag 57 os............................. great thread guys! ............ can't wait to contribute

just received my tracking # [img][/img] ............... should arrive early next week

here is just one of many vid's that helped sell me on WHH and the Mag 57 os

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9OYs...layer_embedded

Right on, thats my boat and Vid!! It's a great boat, I hope you love it. In that vid, the boat is 100% stock as it came from Tony, stock prop too. It's fun to run, but really comes alive in a little chop. Had it out is some much rougher water at the same lake as in the vid, most fun I've had with it, wish I had my recorder with me...next time!

Enjoy the new rig!

Funny because your vid that tony has on his page is what got me to order my old school 57 also.

They come clear, but you can unscrew and remove to tint or paint black like those

Yes spoolinaww is correct they come clear.I tinted them with automotive window tint. It looks dark in the pic's but in person you can see through them.

Bill Woods had the Man O War pictured in a Model boat magizne back in the late 1980's I was looking for it a few years back with no luck !

THANKS!
Yup, all of these hulls are a Win in my book after being around many different boats I'm glad I made the decision I did by going WHH

OH, I noticed the splitter you have for the water being a straight "T", maybe a "Y" splitter would be a smoother flow?

thanks guys........i kind of wish i would have purchased  the stand.......it would make it easier to build a custom pvc stand........i built one for my tc31 which was pretty easy but the v is a bit different and i'd like this one to really hug the boat....it would also make the entire build a bit easier ...... any pics of your stands ????

I really like my Enforcer stand because it sits low and wide, very stable in the back of my Yukon, I had a PVC stand and it just seemed that no matter how careful I drove it would still tip over, with the Enforcer stand it seems that no matter how I drive, the boat stays planted, well worth the $$ in my opinion, although I'm sure I could have made a PVC stand that sits low and wide as well.

No just showing the stand. I think another cat is in our future, the conquest is getting pretty beat up at the races. Actually everything is beat up. Very hard keeping them looking good and expensive. Welcome to racing I guess[X(]

That's some boat rack you have, NICE garage of boats. I think you now need a trailer to haul the boats

i found the dash templates to download at whh........
next ?......... how r u guys mounting your water pumps? mine came with a foam cradle and the directions say the pump will be inserted into the mount and can be placed between the stringer and the hull under the carburetor. but the directions do not specify how to mount it. i've looked at some of the members pics and it looks like you have pitched the foam mount and attached the pump to the stringer some how???? need a little help,,, thanks

you can make a mount bracket that holds the pump using one or more of the existing bolts in the pump - just be sure not to use too thick a plate or you will need to use longer bolts.
