Default Tornado BB fuel not flowing

Hi

I think I isolated my problem. Basically fuel isn't pumping to the engine. When I remove the fuel line from the high speed needle, fuel flows when I turn the engine. When I hook it up again nothing flows. Could the high speed needle be blocked? How do I unclog it? Or could it be another problem? Since nitro fuel spits out of the fuel line when it's not hooked up to the HSN, I assume it's the problem. My tank seems okay and sealed properly.

How long did the truck sit with fuel in it? sounds like the carb has gunked up fuel in it, some carb spray does the trick for me.

Hi,

I usually remove the fuel from the tank but there maybe some left I guess. I haven't run my Tornado since last Winter now because the fuel problem. I just started to troubleshoot it now. so it's the carb. I detached the hose from the tank and blew into the carb and it does seem like it's clogged since it seem restricted.

How do I apply this carb spray? take off the air filter and spray it in there? Let it sit? And would I need to clean out it after? Thanks.

it is most likley clogged at the inlet. just use the red hose and spray into the fuel inlet. BE CAREFUL HERE... you could get some in your eyes and it burns bad!!!
you'll know you got it whan fuel flows with line attached. Good luck...

An update... looks like the carb cleaner worked. I see some fuel moving into the fuel line now. but it still seems restricted since it is pumping in very slowly. Before it would be a couple of turns it the stuff shoots into the engine. Now it seems to trickle in. any other parts where I should spray the carb cleaner?
