Default OS CV .12 Tempature

I have a losi XXX-NT with an OS CV .12 engine and an aftermarket head on it. I was wondering what the optimum tempature is for it running offroad?

Assuming this is the CV not the CV-R, I wouldn't reccomend going over 230, ever. Nickel sleeves can't take the heat like chrome can. Try to shoot for 210-220. If it is hot and humidy out, you may have to go up as high as 250 to get good power for racing but this is not good for the engine.

Of course all you need to do is tune it right!! Why don't you try quoting something that people can use instead of telling us what we already know. This is about as good as a fart.

The square head CV will always run hot.
