RE: what u think about my new 6 blade prop ( got a 5 blade ready to test)
Dude I just did that just last weekend.
I put two three bladed props on my Saito .62. I have bench tested it and all went well. The props were already balanced so I just bolted them on to engine with the prop nut. I kept the prop blades equal distance apart to help in balancing the whole thing. I plan to do a thrust test this weekend. I want to compare the difference between a three bladed prop and a six bladed prop. I am looking for grunt not speed.

Looks like it would be very hard to balance. Might want to use nylon lock nuts for safety. Overall I thinks it's killer and hopes it does what you want. A+

those where for mock up. put lock nuts on it. ran smooth as silk. smooth than the 3 blade. it weighs 251 grams total. hubs and bolts 106 . blades 24 grams each. going to drill 15" hub not enough for the 50

Great thought process. You are a pioneer in prop/hub development. I look forward to see what's next.
Thinking outside the box. I like it.

i will sell them. it depends on the size of the hub and the length of the blades. my 5 blade is made with 11x7 apc props. and a 5" hub making it about 15" long.
