I have run this setup on both the 14 XL and the Neu with good results..
Brake Strength: 50
Brake Delay: No Delay
Brake Ramp: Very Slow
Cutoff Voltage: 30
Current Limiting: Disabled
Cutoff Type: Soft Cutoff
Motor Start Power: 59
Motor Timing: 5
Direction: Forward (*)
PWM Rate: 12 Khz (*)
Hex55: 85
Vehicle Type: Airplane
Throttle Type: Fixed Endpoints
Throttle Response: 5

If you are planning to use the brake in the air.....I would be cautious using anything more than 30% strength.....depending on the prop, airframe drag, and airspeed, higher brake settings can occasionally result in hard restarts in the air.
