I don't know quite what it is but that canalizer looks like it belongs there. A very handsome aircraft. I'm very anxious to see how it flies

Thank you very much Preston we are all anxious as well. I was able to get final weights on everything this morning as I know many of you guys have been wondering. We have been able to continue to improve the fuselages as Daniel Falco and his guys never stop looking for perfection. I truely believe they are some of the best in the world if not the best. Anyway here is a rundown of what Matt will recieve.

Fuselage Complete with all formers and trays minus firewall- 1055 grams
Tcan with mounting pod- 103 grams
Left stab with servo box -114 grams
Right stab with servo box -116 grams
Left wing with ail and tip -383 grams
Right wing with ail and tip -384 grams
Wheel pants 23 grams (for 2)
left gear - 63 grams
Right Gear-62 grams
Rudder- 79 grams

Total 2382

It should easily make weight with a little room to spare. Such a change from 1 year ago.

The split rudder will probably not be an option.  I don't feel the need for it.  I have a Visa and I didn't like the feel of the split rudder.  Some guys like it and some don't.

The De Ja Vu looks exactly the way I wanted it to.  It took a lot of phone calls and a little bit of arm twisting on my part and on Chip's part to get the plane built.  Thanks to Chip and CA they now have another great looking electric airplane on the market.   Thanks for all the hard work and the leap of faith.

The plane is done.  I should have it on Wed. and hopefully assembled within a week after I receive it.  I hope you all like the looks of the plane, it sounds like most of you guys do, so thank you for your kind comments.

Actually we have made a split rudder now and a version with wing tip fins. We have already had several orders for it that way. I love it the way it looks now but I am confident that with a nice scheme either version will be great. I had to put it all together one last time and get some pics before it left.

Can someone explain to me why when I was trying to be discreet about the fact that Associate and Assailant both start with the same 3 letters, RCU will not let me put an A and two dashes. I know many young people log on here but it is hard for me to believe that it would be better to simply spell it out. I have tried to edit a couple of times and it remains the same the dashes do not appear. Am I missing something

Thanks

C
Maybe you need to use British or Aussie english and call the planes Arseociate and Arseailant

...Sorry Orificer, I didn't know I was speeding......

The T can is mounted at neg. one degree to the wing which is at plus .5 and the stab at zero to start. We really do not care where the stab ends up as long as the plane flies at the correct angle in the air.

I received the airplane today, no damage in shipping.  Thankfully.  The fuse is perfect, top quality in the fuse department.  The overall airplane looks great, a little better than expected.  Very happy with the plane and I should have a flight report in about 2 weeks.
