poison

Had an issue with software not seeing my radio spent hours trying to fix and searching for solutions to solve issue. I don't have Internet at home on laptop so couldn't find this answer but if anyone has this problem all you have do is update firmware on the unit itself😊 I took unit up to my church and got on wifi and it popped up and said new firmware update now, if I had internet at home would be an easy fix but I didn't 😩 so anyone comes across this issue get on the net and update device I thought since I bout it last May it was already updated but not so. Anyway just thought I would share issue because all I could find was people saying send unit in for repair and was not needed.
