Default vertical alignment of swash to rotor head links

I am finishing up a turbine 3 blade Vario Alouette II using a Demon 3SX. I am not happy about the amount of departure from straight vertical required to get the phasing correct (see picture). Two questions:
(1) I have seen references to programmable offsets. Does anyone have knowledge of the ability to keep the correct phasing and accomplish a more vertical geometry?
(2) How scary does this angle look for large scale (tame) flying?

Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Default

The 3SX has phase angle adjustment, just set it up in the program.
