Default FMS Sky Trainer Flap Control Issue

I have an FMS Sky Trainer with flap servos that move the flaps up (1) and neutral (0), instead of down and neutral using switch A on my DX6E transmitter with AR610 receiver. I have selected a wing choice on the transmitter that includes flaps. When I reverse the servo direction, the flaps just go up (0) and neutral (1). They start up and move neutral, instead of starting neutral and moving down. How do I get them to start neutral and move down?

Yes, I need help. Not sure why they are traveling the wrong way. I may just have to inhibit the flaps to get flying.
