GWS C-47
I just purchased the GWS C-47 I have little electric time and no foam time. Im looking to touch up the paint job on this C-47. Its olive drab and some has come off because of taping and the hinge areas are white and general clean up. I found some acrylic paint that doesn eat foam. But the color is a little off. What can I paint this thing with that wont turn it into a pile of goo?
Thanks

Virtually all water-based or alcohol-based acrylic paints are safe for foam. If you plan to airbrush, then go with alcohol-based acrylics and thin with isopropyl alcohol. But, if you're just going to brush it on, then go with water-based acrylics, and don't worry too much about the weight. There are also some spray acrylics available at craft and hobby stores that are foam safe. But, don't use a spray paint unless it says it's safe for styrofoam.
