My 757 jetliner.
I'm using Nikko car batteries. I think they are 600 mah. I'm getting about 7 to 8 minutes and they are several years old. I'm gonna stock up with some new ones. They are high quality with connector for under 20 bucks.
As for ailerons, I'm gonna beef up sections of the foam with fiberglass strapping tape. If it holds the extra weight well, then I'll add ailerons. I don't want to weigh it down too much.
