Default Cat or Boomer Question

Does anyone know how you normally aline the thrust angle on a cat or boomer plane? I am building a wild wing boomer and I am to the point of mounting my motor, but am hesitant to aline with the cord of the wing, due to a lack of experience. Please help!

On My design i alined the thrust angle in line with the fuselage and cord. Mine flies pretty good. I have 7 flites so far. I have nosed it a few times. But that was my inexperience and trying to fly in too much wind.

My twin boom design the motor is in line with the wing chord and horiz. stab. All zero to zero with everything. It flys great no bad habits at all.
all up flying weight is just 18 oz.

Thanks for the help! I set mine up as you suggested and it did wonderfully! I really think that I may be hooked. The boomer I made is very dosile in low power flight and yet still has a wild side to it that makes you want to push the envelope every time I fly it. Also, I made mine out of EPP and I am loving it. I did three cartwheels across the field trying to land in 20 mph wind (mainly due to a lack of experience) and the only thing that was wrog with the plane was a few scuffs in the paint. Yes! I will post picks later if any one is interested. I took the basic design from the wild wing boomer thread on groups, but made it a full wing width to compensate for the larger battery and motor that I had laying around.
