I'm interested on TB-20 RTF.. question
Hi.
First time posting here..
I'm really interested on getting this hobby lobby TB-20:
Instead of parkflyers Cessna:
But now I'm reading hobby-lobby and also here at rc-universe.com
Apparently the TB-20 model doesn't have ailerons, only rudder and elevators (I don't like that)
They don't specify flying time (important).
Does any of you have any experience with this two?
Thank you!

RE: I'm interested on TB-20 RTF.. question
.
Hi wings 540
Thanks for answering.
And no.. this will be my second airplane, the first one got it like 4-5 years ago, and I just got enough of it.
It had a lot of repairs, glue and stuff (it was my first). So I decided to retire him. Now I only keep the 2 motors and I want to use those on another self-build model someday.
I've tried "rudder to turn" airplanes and I really don't like them, that's why the asking.
G'day!

The TB-20 has ailerons.
You may be interested in [link=http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=661064]this review[/link] of the TB-20. Among other things, it says it is not a beginner's plane but would make a good first aileron plane.

I wonder why so many ppl are having probs. with this plane cause I'm looking into buying it please tell me to stay away or go ahead with it. I need a scale of ten replies of negatives and positives if it's in the middle range I might consider but anything higher than 6 negatives I'll stay away.

Looks cool, I know another website that has it. They get the products before Hobby Lobby. This website has all the new Hobby Lobby jets, but they appear on this website 3 months earlier. Here's the website www.bananahobby.com

RE: I'm interested on TB-20 RTF.. question
I recently got one of these and I love it. I bought a PNP version from Philips Workshop in China for $131.00 shipped. For that price it's a very good plane but I would not spend the $219.00 HL wants for it. It flies very well, almost as easy as the PKZ T-28. The thing I didn't like is the torque rods for the ailerons, too much slop. I installed 2 servos into the wing now it's much better. Before the wind would make it change direction too easy now it goes right where I point it.
